Thank you for choosing Lasting Impressions 360! Please review the following terms before booking:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due at least 14 days before the event. Payments can be made via Cash, CashApp ($LMP360), or through our website.

All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in full balance being due. Cancellations must be submitted by both phone and email.

Changes to the event’s date, time, or location must be made in writing at least 14 days in advance. Clients must confirm all final details 7 days before the event.

The 360 booth must be placed on a flat, hard surface (such as tile, concrete, or hardwood). Grass, dirt, or uneven surfaces are not permitted.

Travel over 1.5 hours round-trip will incur additional fees. Parking costs are the client’s responsibility.

If no meal is provided, our attendant may briefly leave to purchase food. Booth may be paused for up to 30 minutes for events under 4 hours, or up to 1 hour for events over 4 hours.

Unless otherwise requested, Lasting Impressions 360 may use photos and video clips from your event for promotional use.

Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to equipment by guests during the event.

We are not liable for interruptions due to weather, emergencies, illness, or events outside of our control.
